THIS ONE I HAVEN'T TRIED YET, BUT I WILL DO LATER WHEN MY BODY FITS WELL.
I MADE A BIG SPACE FOR ALEX AND I WORK OUT SPACE. IT WAS GREAT IDEA!
ACTUALLY THIS ONE IS PRETTY TOUGH, SO I DO REALLY SLOWLY AND 3~5 TIMES EACH MOVES. (SHE DOES MORE THAN 10 TIMES EVERY WORKOUT MOVES-.-;;)

THIS ONE MAYBE EASIEST ONE I HAVE, I DO THIS ONE MORE OFTEN THAN ANYOTHER DVDS ABOVE. PROBLEM IS SHE AND HER HUSBAND TALK TOO MUCH-.-;
First thing I do in the morning when I wake up is turn on the music and making Alex's Lunch for his work.
I am pretty bored all day at home by myself, and don't know what to do sometimes.
Since my pregnancy has been over 18 weeks, I want to take an action; walking in the park, Yoga, Swimming, Pregnancy workout dvds, streching often and playing with dumbells for my arms.. The weather is so hot..hard to walk because I feel like my skin is burning! So I wanted to do something inside the house with cool morning air or cool AC! (I still cleaning up and vaccuming the house in the morning! ^^;)
I found Great workout dvds in Frys and I started with Yoga and tried workout dvds
recently.. I can't do everything dvd wants but I do slower and less than they requirs.
I will slowly increase my workout level after my body adjust those workout patterns under baby's safety.(of course!) Alex and I also enjoyed swimming last weekends!
My pregnancy made me change my food habits and appitite I don't know why..just
I don't have any more desire for heavy&greasy&fried food anymore.
My body just can't take it even though I want to have sometimes -.-;;
I am sure If I were in Korea, I'd have already gained weight haha but luckly or unluckly, I became a lot healthier because I don't feel like anything here besides Korean food. But for baby's health, I try to eat better.
