God created Facebook and saw that it was good.
Check out this article it's pretty funny if you understand what Facebook is. If you don't know what it is, then I'll attempt to explain! It's called a social network, where friends find friends over the internet. Then leave comments about their life no matter how mundane it is. lol Its alot like blogging but more shallow. http://www.collegehumor.com/article:1764710

11 Things I didn't understand in USA.
I have been living in USA almost 4 years! I can' t believe! Something I like and Something makes me hard to understand! (but now I understand ^^or trying to understand!) I faced many cultural differences everyday when I just got USA and for 6 months after that.
1. Bathroom - there is no hole on the floor to water out so hard to clean up bathroom without very strong chemical bathroom cleaner. I usually cleanep up bathroom with soap after shower in Korea and turned on the fan to dry So actually I didn't need to make a time to "clean up bathroom day" and using harsh chemicals. Soap works great! No harsh chemicals!!
2. Put shoes in the closet. (with clothes) - I still don't like this idea...feel very smelly and dirty that you put your shoes with clothes! ^^
3. Carpet! - I still don't want to have a carpet in my house. So Alex and I are going to find the house with Wooden floor. We will put Cute fancy Rug around the couch and infront of bed.
I can't stop thinking about germs and dust in the carpet... ^^: Can't trust Vaccum~ -.-;;;
4. Slow internet ..... (USA IS BIG!^^)
5. People keep saying "Excuse me!" - I didn't know there is a personal space between people...When I stood right next that person, they said "Excuse me" and walked few steps away.
I hated "Excuse me" for a while becuase I didn't know Why people kept saying "Excuse me" to me!! One day I was in the department store and I was just walking and window shopping. I went to some stores to look and I found something so I stood right next one woman and was looking at same stuff wih her.. and right away the woman said " Excuse me!" and I didn't know she was talking to me. ^.^;;
6. Not so many people on the street! *.* - I missed people on the street first 6 months in USA.
I didn't know People have to have a car to go everywhere... -.-;; In my travel guide book says "Seattle has best public transportation next to New York!" I believed it so I didn't save up the money for buying a car~!
7. People(casher) in the store recommand something which is not free.
When I paid after I picked something in the store, usually cashers recommand something on the counter. I thought It's free so I didn't need to pay, so I usually said "yes!" and later when I checked recipt It made me so mad! Why they recommand something without telling a price?? and which isn't free?? In Korea, when casher recommand something without tellin a price is usually free gift~! If customers need to pay(buy), cashers tells customers about the price or advantages if they buy. Now when cashers recommand something I always ask " is that free?" 99.9% of their answers is No and looking at me "Are you crazy?" HAHA
8. Everything is So So big!! *^^* -
9. Salty Or Sweet! - it's about food and snacks! A lot of things for me is way to sweet! many foods either Salty or sweet! HAHA *****
10. Fat people driving wheelchair..because they are so heavy and fat so they can't walk!!!
I saw a woman driving wheelchair and eating snacks.... -.-;
11. Putting a sugar in the Tea... -.-;;; even green tea...!! 0.0

Pumpkin Carving Contest! HunterDouglas
The 1st prize winner!
The 4 contestants lol
I had to buy clay sculpting tools to carve this pumpkin. It took about 2 hours to do it, I first peeled away the skin and started carving out the more prominent features like the eyes, nose, and cheeks. Then the rest was working out the details, and most importantly making sure i didnt carve to deep the i would ruin the integrity of the pumpkin! I was alot of fun, it helped me have a great deal of respect for actual sculptors.

Mass Effect
I was playing through this RPG and as a character they give you a few choices of what you want to say, I didn't have the code the lady wanted. So I had my character mumble a few numbers off. lol Instead of it working I was arrested and interrogated! It just made me laugh.

My Melody & Jasmine!
One of Jasmine's friends(Yuri)gave her a My Melody apron, If you're wondering who Melody is then you're not alone. She informed me that shes part of the Hello Kitty world. Just not as famous. Melody is a rabbit, that always wears a red or pink little red riding hood. I looked her up on wikipedia and apparently there's 18 of the little cutified creatures. One pretty amusing site I found related to all of this is on called Kitty Hell (http://www.kittyhell.com/)

Gerke Night!
Tonight Serena, Michael and Ethan came over for dinner a games to see our new apt! We had leftover pizza, chicken, pineapple of which I cut on my own with the help of an over weight guy on youtube (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AJJ-iQkbRNE), chips and cookies!
Then we played Monopoly which reminded Serena and I of playing in Nebraska at the townhouse. The game took forever to finish, it seriously felt like a month. Anyways Michael won the game because he's the only real business man out of all of us. :) Jasmine just kept winning enough money to pay Michael every time she landed on his land, but really she was out of the game.
And we finished the night off with our super cool band "Team Rainbow" on Rock Band. Serena and Jasmine were on the drums, Michael was the bass, and I was on the guitar. Bloch, Pabe and Dan were their names. We rocked it in London! lol

Who needs Comcast cable? When you could have Netflix!
$59.99 a Month (Comcast)
$8.99 a Month (Netflix)
Jasmine and I never signed up for cable because it was to expensive. We just recently decided to try out Netflix and haven't looked back since. lol Which was just yesterday! Netflix offers thousands and thousands of tv shows, and movies. We choose a movie or show we want, its delivered in one day and we keep it as long as we want. Then return it for the movie next in our queue. The best part is that alot of their movies and tv shows are also available instantly on the internet, so we watch almost whatever we want on our tv for 8.99 a month! Great deal I think.

Our bike ride on the Cedar River Renton Trail!
It's not very long, but it runs along the Cedar River into Lake Washington. We found a small boat launch with a Kayak and Canoe business. We want to try that out soon before it gets to cold!
Just taking pictures of ourselves!
Jasmine with her training wheels off.
Us as serious bicyclists, perhaps we'll subscribe to a bicycling magazine. Thats how cool we are.

We will soon be putting up pictures of our Honeymoon and other things from our most exciting lives! Something you don't want to miss out on.
