Star to working out






This dvd has helped me a lot during pregnancy and after.

I can't work out very long intense ones besides this and Yoga.

It's only 20 mins so when Max falls asleep or kind of playful himself,

I can do this dvd.

Also I just realized a lot of working out dvds I have, organized 10 min/5 min working out section by each body part.

I think I can do a little bit 10~20min working out everyday.

Butt/thigs/legs/abs each 5/10~20min workingout.




My jeans size 1 fit now but my 00 and 0s jeans don't fit yet.

ALSO Somehow skirts don't fit either. -.-;;;;



WHEN CAN I WEAR MY ADORABLE SKIRTS?

WHEN CAN I WEAR MY SKINNY JEANS?

I ENVY JESSICA ALBA SHE LOST MORE WEIGHT THAN PREPREGNANCY AFTER HAVING A BABY.

I KNOW SHE HAS A FULL TIME NANNY, PERSNAL SHEF

AND PERSNAL TRAINER!

I DON'T HAVE ANY -

BUT I WILL LOSE MY PREGNANCY WEIGHT IN 6~9MONTH.

ALL THE BOOKS SAY IT'S GOOD TO LOSE WEIGHT IN 6MONTHS BECAUSE AFTER 6MONTHS ,IT'S GETTING HARDER TO LOSE WEIGHT.

BUT I KNOW IN 6MONTHS I CAN'T PROMISE SO I GIVE TIME TO MYSELF IN 9MONTHS.
